  • 1 kg - Mutton chops
  • 1.5 cups - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Mutton Chops In Vinegar

  • Wash the chops properly.
  • Combine vinegar and salt and then marinate the chops in this mixture for a minimum of 6-7 hours.
  • Transfer the above ingredients to a wide mouthed pan and cook on high heat for about 10 mins.
  • Add oil in another pan and shallow fry the chops till golden brown.
  • Sprinkle the black pepper on top and serve.
  • These chops go very well with drinks.
