Ingredients

  • 1 dozen - mutton chops
  • 3 - eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice
  • Oil, for frying
  • Grind to a paste:
  • 2 - onions
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 4 - cinnamon sticks
  • 4 - cloves
  • 1 inch piece - ginger
  • 4 - cardamoms
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Mutton Chops with eggs

  • Mix the lime juice with the ground masala.
  • Marinate the mutton chops in this mixture. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Beat the eggs in a vessel. Apply the beaten egg on each chop and roll in the bread crumbs
  • Fry the chops and then steam in a pressure cooker for 30 mins.
