Ingredients

  • 500 gms - mutton
  • 200 gms - potatoes
  • 1/2 - coconut
  • 2 - onion
  • 1 pinch - mustard seed
  • 2 - chillies
  • 3 - pepper corns
  • 1 tsp - poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - coriander
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 small - onion
  • 1 - tomatoes
  • 1 - lime
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mutton Curry with Coconut Juice

  • Cut the meat and clean it.
  • Grind coconut and take thick and thin juice.
  • Grind the masala in thin coconut juice.
  • In hot ghee or butter, fry half the sliced onions, and put the cut tomatoes.
  • When brown, add the meat and cover.
  • When it dries up, pour ground masala and its water.
  • Simmer for one hour and put cubed potatoes. | | When they are cooked, add thick coconut juice.
  • Add salt to taste and lime juice.
