Ingredients

  • 1 kg - mutton
  • 3 to 4 - onions, medium size
  • 1 to 2 - tomatoes, medium size
  • 2 to 3 sticks - drumstick
  • 1 to 2 - potato, medium size
  • whole garam masala
  • green chillies
  • red chilli powder
  • coriander leaves

How to Make Mutton Drumstick Curry

  • Heat oil in a cooker and put garam masala.
  • Add onions and green chillies. Saute till onions are golden brown.
  • Add red chilli powder to your taste and then add the mutton pieces.
  • Mix all ingredients and pressure cook until you hear two whistles. Then turn off the cooker.
  • Open the cooker and add the tomatoes, potatoes, drumstick. Pressure-cook it till you hear one whistle.
  • Then turn off the cooker and add coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with chapattis or rice.
