Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - mutton
  • 100g - small madras onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp - chilli power
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 25g - oil

How to Make Mutton Fry

  • In a cooker, add mutton, small onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Mix together and pressure cook for 10-15 mins.
  • Remove from cooker when the mutton is fully boiled.
  • In a kadai, add oil. When the oil is warm, add curry leaves, boiled mutton and chilli powder. Stir and close.
  • When the gravy thickens, add the pepper powder and coriander leaves.
