Ingredients

  • 4 mutton chops, cut into small pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 tbsp - ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Spices:
  • 2 tbsp - ginger
  • 2 cardamom seeds
  • 2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - curry powder
  • 2 cloves
  • 1.5 tsp - ground pepper
  • 2" cinnamon bark
  • 4 tbsp - curry leaves
  • 90 gms - tomato paste
  • 1 cup - water

How to Make Mutton in Ginger and Tomato Curry Sauce

  • Crush the garlic and mix all the spices together and marinade for about 2-3 hours.
  • Heat the oil and fry the meat until brown, stirring all the time, about 3 mins.
  • Add water and the tomato paste, bring to the boil and cook for 15-20 mins and serve.
