Ingredients

  • 200 g - mutton mince
  • 4 - onions, finely chopped
  • 1 slice - raw papaya, finely chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, ground to a paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - rice flour
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Mutton Kebabs

  • Mix the mutton mince, onions, chopped papaya, chilly paste, rice flour and salt and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  • In a kadai, heat oil. Make small flattened balls and deep-fry till dark brown.
  • Take off from heat and place on tissue paper to drain off excess oil.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onion.
