Ingredients

  • 250 g - minced mutton
  • 8 - red chillies
  • 1 - piece cinnamon
  • 8 cloves - garlic
  • 1/2 cup - coconut, grated
  • 2 tbsp - roasted gram
  • 1 tbsp - fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp - cumin (jeera)
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste

How to Make Mutton Kofta

  • Mix the minced meat along with the other ingredients. Add salt.
  • Make small balls out of the ground mixture and deep-fry.
  • Serve hot with sauce or raitha.
