Ingredients

  • 1 kg - leg of mutton
  • 2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 1 cup - curds

How to Make Mutton Roast

  • Marinate leg with ginger-garlic paste, jeera powder, haldi and curd overnight in refrigerator.
  • Roast in oven at 200 degree C. Keep turning the leg till done.
