Ingredients

  • 1 cup - peanuts
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 2 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 tsp - fennel seeds
  • 2 - garlic
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • To taste - salt

How to Make MW Masala Peanuts

  • Grind the fennel seeds and garlic into a fine paste.
  • Now mix the peanuts along with gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, fennel-garlic paste, salt and oil.
  • Gradually, add water. Mix everything well, until the peanuts get well coated with the flour mixture.
  • Line them, as a single layer, over a microwave safe tray or plate and cook in high, for 5 minutes (stir in between)or until they turn crispy.
  • Enjoy for snacks.
