  • 125 gm butter
  • 50 gm soft brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 gm Almond flour
  • 175 gm Plain dark chocolate, chopped up or the same weight in dark chocolate chips
  • 50 gm chopped nuts – hazelnuts or walnut are good for this recipe

How to Make My Own Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • 2. Add the egg and beat until smooth.
  • 3. Sift in the flour and mix in well.
  • 4. Add the chocolate and nuts
  • 5. Prepare baking a large baking sheet (or two or three small ones)
  • 6. Put a spoonful of the mixture on tray and spread out with the back of the spoon to a circle about 4 inches across. Repeat until all the mixture has been used up.
  • 7. Bake for 15 mins. at 180 degrees C until golden brown.
  • 8. Leave on the tray for 2-3 mins. before transferring to a cooling tray.
