  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 3/4 cup
  • 2 pinches - baking soda

How to Make Nan Kathai

  • Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly and keep it covered for at least 6 hours.
  • Now take a lemon sized lump of the dough and press it flat into the shape of cookie.
  • Place it on a baking dish with the rest of the dough in a similar fashion.
  • Bake at 350 degrees C for about 25 mins.
  • Serve warm with milk.
