  • 3 cups - shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups - grated carrots
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup - raisins, washed
  • 2 cups - shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
