  • Fresh neem leaves - 1 cup
  • Brinjal - 1 cup
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp.

How to Make Neem-Bagun

  • Fry the neem leaves, without oil, and crush it.
  • Heat oil, add jeera. When it turns brown, add brinjal pieces.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder and cook it.
  • When it turns soft, add the crushed neem leaves and mix them all.
