Ingredients

  • 1 whole dressed chicken
  • 4 lime
  • 3 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1-2 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1-2 Large onions ground to a paste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Nimbu masala chicken

  • In a bowl, add all above ingredients and marinate the chicken overnight.
  • The next day, cook either in a pressure cooker or oven at 180 degrees for 45 mins until chicken is dry.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges, chopped onion and coriander.
