Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 1 cup - Water
  • Salt as desired
  • 2 - Red chillies
  • Some mustard seeds
  • 3 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds

How to Make No-Fuss Kozhukattai

  • Boil the water, put the rice flour, stir it to form a dough.
  • While mixing the dough use 2 tbsp of oil.
  • Keep this dough aside for an hour.
  • Make small round balls out of the dough.
  • Place the balls in the seasoning (mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies) and mix it gently.
  • Serve with coconut chutney.
