Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Boiled noodles (chopped)
  • 1 - Medium onion (chopped)
  • 3-4 - Fresh green chillies (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp - Fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Monosodium Glutamate
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - Gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for deep frying

How to Make Noodle Fritters

  • Mix all the above ingredients to form a very soft dough.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • When hot, scoop out spoonful of the dough and deep fry them till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
