Ingredients

  • 1 bunch- palak
  • 100 g - paneer, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 small piece - ginger
  • 2 - garlic
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - tomato and chilli sauce

How to Make Nutritious Palak Paneer

  • Chop the palak and wash it well.
  • Now boil the palak along with ginger, chillies, garlic for 15-20 mins. Cool for a while and grind to a paste.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil, temper cumin seeds.
  • Add the palak paste and fry it well for 10 mins on a medium flame.
  • Now add tomato and chilli sauce and mix it well.
  • Add paneer cubes, salt and again mix it.
  • Cook covered for 5 mins.
  • Palak paneer is ready. Serve hot with rice or roti.
