Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1cup - Packed Brown sugar
  • 1 stick - Butter (room temperature)
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • 2 - Ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 pinch - Salt

How to Make Oatmeal Banana Bread

  • Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt keep side.
  • Beat butter, sugar and eggs together until they turn creamy and fluffy.
  • Now add the mashed ripe bananas to the cream also the milk.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add now the already prepared flour to the cream and mix everything well with a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased loaf mould.
  • Arrange the loaf pan in the middle rack and bake for an hour and 10 minutes.
  • Insert a wooden pick in centre, if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
  • Cool for 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
  • Cool completely.
