  • Buttermilk - 1 cup
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Oats buttermilk dosa

  • Soak the oats in buttermilk for two hours.
  • Soak the rice in water for two hours.
  • Grind them separately and mix them together.
  • Add salt to it. Make the dosa.
  • Variation: Add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander to it.
