  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - Methi leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp - Olive oil
  • All-purpose flour for dusting

How to Make Oats N Methi Paratha

  • Grind the rolled oats into a coarse powder.
  • Combine in a large vessel wheat flour, coarsely grounded oatmeal, finely chopped methi leaves, garam masala powder, yogurt, salt and oil as a soft dough (can add water if needed).
  • Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Make medium-sized balls from the dough, dust with all-purpose flour and roll as round parathas.
  • Drizzle few drops of oil on a hot tawa and cook on both sides until well cooked.
  • Serve with any sort of spicy side dish!
