  • 2 cups beaten curds
  • 100 gms. doodhi or pumpkin, finely grated
  • 1 tsp. roasted and powdered cumin seed
  • 1 tbsp. each of sugar and charoli
  • 1 inch piece ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp. raisin
  • ½ tsp. garam masala
  • A few sprigs coriander leaves
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste

How to Make Oil Free Doodhi Raita

  • Steam the vegetable and mix with the rest of the above ingredients.
  • Serve cold.
