  • 2 cups beaten curds
  • 100 gms. boiled suran or zaminkhand
  • 2 green chillies. Minced
  • Handful of coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard seeds
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste

How to Make Oil Free Suran Raita

  • Mash the vegetable to a paste and mix with the rest of the above ingredients.
  • Serve after 2 hours.
