Ingredients

  • Okra - 250 g
  • Besan Flour - 2 tsps
  • Oil - 2 tsps
  • Lemon Juice - 3 tsps
  • Ajwain - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Red chillies - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste

How to Make Okra Fry

  • Cut okra into two, lengthwise.
  • Mix the besan with salt, ajwain, lemon juice, chillies and garam masala.
  • Add this mixture to the okra and mix well. Leave this for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, fry bhindis on medium heat till done.
  • Serve with chapattis or naan.
