Ingredients

  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • 1 - small onion
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 - tomato
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - jeera (cumin seeds)

How to Make Onion - Tomato - Cucumber Raita

  • Beat the yogurt with 1 tbsp water and keep it aside.
  • Cut the onion into small pieces, cut tomato into pieces.
  • Peel and grate the cucumber and cut green chillies into pieces.
  • Add onion, tomato, cucumber and green chillies into the yogurt. Mix in salt and chilli powder also.
  • Roast jeera and then grind it. Use it for decorating the raitha.
