  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 bunch green coriander leaves
  • 1 stick curry leaves
  • 2 bunches mint leaves
  • 3 or 4 green chillies
  • 1 stick jeera (Cumin seeds)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 or 2 cups oil

How to Make Onion Bajji

  • Chop the onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and also the green chillies.
  • Mix maida, jeera, salt and the chopped ingredients well.
  • Add the curd and make it into a soft paste.
  • Take oil in a kadai, heat it and drop in small quantities of the mixed dough. Fry it to a golden colour.
  • Serve as is or with tomato sauce.
