Ingredients

  • 1 - Large Onion
  • 8 - Red Chillies
  • A little - Tamarind
  • - Salt
  • 50 ml - Oil

How to Make Onion Gothsu

  • Cut the onions into small pieces
  • Add red chillies, tamarind and salt. Grind it into nice thick paste, adding a little water.
  • In a non-stick pan, add 50 ml of cooking oil. Fry the ground paste in a medium flame till the mixture turns red and the oil starts to separate.
  • Remove from heat and cool. Store it in a dry vessel.
