Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 300 ml. béchamel sauce (white sauce)
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Onion Sauce

  • Cook the onion in boiling water until soft.
  • Drain well, combine béchamel sauce, nutmeg and seasoning with the onion in a bowl.
  • Keep the sauce in the fridge and use it within 2/3 days.
