Ingredients

  • 4 slices - bread
  • 1/2 - chopped liver
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 4 tbsp - cheese powder
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 - red chilli
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 3 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves

How to Make Open Faced Liver Sandwich

  • Make a paste of ginger-garlic-red chilli and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till brown.
  • Add ground paste into it. Simmer for 2 mins.
  • Add chopped liver and fry for 5 mins.
  • Add a little water and let the liver cook.
  • When cooked, saute on high heat and dry all the water.
  • Make a paste with the liver. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Spread evenly on bread slices.
  • Garnish with cheese and bake it at 350 F for 10 mins.
  • Serve hot with ketchup and shredded lettuce leaves.
