Ingredients

  • green gram (moong) dal - ½ cup
  • grated carrot - 2 cup
  • orange 1, peeled and chopped
  • green chilies 2, chopped
  • coriander leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • raw mango - ½ cup, chopped finely
  • grated coconut - ½ cup
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves few
  • salt to taste

How to Make Orange and Carrot Kosumbari

  • Soak dal in water for 2 hours.
  • Drain and mix with all the ingredients from carrot to grated coconut.
  • Heat oil in small fry pan.
  • Season with mustard and curry leaves.
  • Add to the kosumbari and mix well.
