Ingredients

  • 4 teacups - pineapple juice (canned)
  • 1 teacup - orange juice
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • rinds of one lemon and orange
  • powdered sugar as per taste
  • soda water
  • orange segments and crushed ice (for decoration)

How to Make Orange and Pineapple Cup

  • Mix pineapple, orange and lemon juice.
  • Boil the rinds in one cup water for 5 minutes. Cool.
  • Strain and add to the mixed juices.
  • Add the powdered sugar and soda water as desired.
  • Serve in attractive glasses garnished with orange segments and crushed ice.
