Ingredients

  • 2 cups - orange and lemon rind, cut thinly
  • 3 - orange peeled and chopped
  • 1 - large lime or lemon
  • 4 cups - orange juice
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • 1 litre - water

How to Make Orange Marmalade

  • Mix all the above ingredients together and cook over low heat until the rinds are tender and the mixture thickens and looks clear.
  • Cool and refrigerate.
