Ingredients

  • 1 sponge cake
  • 2 cups - cream
  • one lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 4 to 5 - oranges
  • green candies and dry fruit for garnishing

How to Make Orange Pudding

  • Mix 1 tbsp. sugar with lemon juice.
  • Put the cake in a serving dish and slit it from the centre.
  • Heat the lemon juice slightly and pour it over the cake.
  • When the cake turns white, keep it in the fridge to cool.
  • Mix 1 tbsp. of sugar with cream and beat till stiff.
  • Spread this cream mixture over the cake and serve it cold.
  • Garnish with orange slices.
