  • 1 - Cauliflower (medium sized, chopped as florets)
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Sambar powder
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt

How to Make Oven Roasted Cauliflower

  • Mix everything along with the cauliflower florets.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet over a pan, gently arrange the spiced florets and bake for 20-25 minutes on middle rack. Toss it once or twice while roasting.
  • For crispiness, turn the oven to broil mode for 5 minutes and toss once.
  • Serve hot.
