  • 2 cups - rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - gram dal
  • 4 tsp - sugar
  • 3 - cardamoms
  • 500 ml - milk

How to Make Paal Kollakattai

  • Take rice flour, add salt and make a fine dough with water and make small size kollakattai shapes.
  • Soak gram dal in hot water for 1 hour and boil separately.
  • Heat milk, add sugar, cardamoms and rice kollakattai and gram dal.
  • Soak everything for 1/2 hour.
  • Then eat it become taste and children like this sweet.
