  • 500 gm - chicken, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves, cleaned and chopped
  • 6 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - pepper corns
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 tsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • 3 tsp - oil
  • 2 cups - water

How to Make Paal Masala

  • Grind in a blender coriander leaves, green chillies, peppercorns, ginger-garlic paste with water. Keep aside.
  • Then heat oil in a deep bottom vessel, add the ground masala and let it simmer on low heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and salt. Let it cook and simmer well.
