Ingredients

  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 3 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 - onions
  • 4 - green chillies
  • small quantity - ginger
  • small quantity - curry leaves
  • small quantity - coriander leaves
  • a pinch - asafoetida
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - ghee
  • oil for frying

How to Make Pakoda

  • Mix gram flour, rice flour, ghee, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, salt, asafoetida, curry leaves and coriander leaves and a little water to make the dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan/kadai and deep fry the pakodas.
