Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Palak
  • 3 or 4 - small Onions
  • 3 or 4 flakes - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 or 2 - Green Chillies
  • 1 cup - boiled Tuvar Dhal

How to Make Palak Gravy for Rice

  • Fry onions, jeera, garlic, green chillies in ghee or oil.
  • When it softens, add chopped palak.
  • Cook till palak becomes soft.
  • Cool this and grind in mixie.
  • Add tuvar dal to the ground palak and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Serve with rice.
