  • 1 bunch - palak
  • 1 lemon-sized ball - tamarind
  • 500 g - lamb meat
  • 3 - onions
  • 4 - green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • Cream

How to Make Palak Mamsam

  • Boil palak along with onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and tamarind. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  • Fry lamb meat in a separate cooker in 5 tbsp of oil along with garam masala.
  • Once it is cooked, add the cooked paste of palak.
  • Close the lid of the cooker and allow to cook up to one whistle.
