Ingredients

  • 2 cups - basmati rice
  • 250 ml - coconut milk
  • 3-4 - cardamom pods
  • 1 cup - methi leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup - palak, chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 pinch - turmeric powder
  • 4-5 - cloves
  • 2 tsp - cumin
  • Curry leaves

How to Make Palak Methi pulav

  • In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin, cloves and cardamoms. Add turmeric powder and curry leaves. Set aside. Cook rice in pressure cooker.
  • Add palak and methi to rice, along with cardamom and cumin mixture.
  • Add coconut milk and 2-3 cups of water.
  • Serve hot with raitha.
