Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - crumbled paneer
  • 1 cup - finely chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4- cloves
  • 1 - cinnamon stick
  • 1 - green cardamom
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Palak paneer bhurji

  • Heat oil in a pan, add the spices and saute.
  • Add green chilli and spinach, saute till the spinach wilts
  • Add paneer, salt, turmeric, garam masala and lemon juice, mix well
  • Cover and cook for 3 to 5 mins, open and fry for another 2 mins. Serve
