Ingredients

  • 2 bunches - palak
  • 200 g - paneer
  • 1 - onion, large
  • 2 - tomatoes, large
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli power
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Palak Paneer with Tomatoes

  • Pressure cook the palak, tomatoes and green chillies for 5 mins.
  • Blend using a hand blender.
  • Heat oil in kadai and fry chopped onion till it is soft.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste.
  • Add paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add salt, haldi, red chilli powder and cook for another 1-2 mins.
  • Add the blended palak and cook for 2-3 mins.
