  • 3 bunches - palak
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 250 g - curd
  • Little coriander
  • Little haldi
  • Salt

How to Make Palak Perugu Pachadi

  • Wash the palak in water nicely and grind it along with chillies and coriander.
  • Add salt and mix it with curd. Goes well with rice or chapatti.
