Ingredients

  • 400 gms - spinach
  • 200 gms - frozen sweet corn
  • 2 - medium onions (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 tsp - jeera
  • 3/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • Garam masala - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 tbsp - cooking oil

How to Make Palak Sweet Corn

  • Blanch and finely chop spinach.
  • Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add jeera and let it splutter.
  • Add haldi and onion and fry it till pink/light brown.
  • Add sweet corn, chilli powder, salt and garam masala and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Finally add spinach and let it cook till done.
  • Serve hot with chapattis, naan, parathas.
