  • 20 Baby potatoes (cooked)
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - Roasted gram flour/pottukadalai maavu
  • a few curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Pan Roasted Spicy Baby Potatoes

  • Heat oil and fry the curry leaves.
  • Prick the cooked baby potatoes with a fork and add to the pan. Saute.
  • Then add red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
  • Cook everything for a few minutes on simmer until the potatoes get well coated with the spice powder.
  • Finally, add the roasted gram flour and toss gently.
  • Take off heat and serve.
