  • Maida - 1.25 cups
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Pancake

  • Beat the egg thoroughly.
  • Add maida, milk, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Mix well to prepare the batter.
  • Do not over beat the batter, without lumps, the pancakes won't be fluffy.
  • Put a pan on medium to low heat.
  • Add a little oil with a spoon or a sprayer.
  • With a big spoon, drop the batter into the centre of the pan.
  • Make sure the pancake is about 1/4 inch in width.
  • Cook the pancake golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with honey, butter or margarine.
