Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Basmati rice
  • 10 - button mushrooms
  • 20 - paneer cubed
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - ghee
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 1.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - garnish with chopped mint and coriander leaves

How to Make Paneer and mushroom pulav

  • Heat 2 tsp oil and 2 tsp ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and tomato, and fry. Add rice and stir.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and stir.
  • Add cleaned mushroom and paneer and 2 glasses of water.
  • Cook covered on a low flame for 25 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
  • Tasty pulav is ready.
