  • 2 cups - Paneer Bhurji
  • 2 - Potatoes (large and cooked)
  • 1/2 tsp - Chaat masala
  • 2 cups - All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp - Baking soda
  • Salt

How to Make Paneer Bhurji Samosa

  • Sieve the flour, baking soda together and knead with enough water to form smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 mins.
  • Mix the paneer bhurji, cooked and mashed potatoes and chaat masala and keep aside.
  • Make tiny balls from the dough, dust with flour and roll them as circles, cut into semi circles, fold the sides to make a cone.
  • Now gently place paneer bhurji-potato mixture inside the cone, press the sides tightly until they sticks.
  • Heat enough oil for deep-frying, gently drop the samosas, fry until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
