Ingredients

  • 2 cups - crumbled paneer
  • 1 - Onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup - Bell pepper (green and red)
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Paneer Bhurji with Bell Peppers

  • Heat oil and crackle cumin seeds.
  • Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • Now add the chopped green chillies, chopped bell peppers, give a quick stir and add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder with salt. Saute for a few seconds.
  • Finally, add the scrambled paneer and cook on simmer while stirring continuously.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as side dish.
