Ingredients

  • 1 packet - paneer
  • 1 - large onion finely chopped
  • 1 - large capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 - medium tomato finely chopped
  • 1-2 - green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped green coriander leaves.
  • 1 tsp - dhania-jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • salt

How to Make Paneer Capsicum Bhurji

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add capsicum and let it fry for another 3-4 minutes. Then add tomatoes and fry for 2 more minutes.
  • Add paneer, green chillies, all masalas, salt & let it fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add butter and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with roti or paratha.
